Detoxification

Detoxification safely manages the acute physical symptoms of withdrawal associated with stopping drug use. However, medical detoxification is only the first stage of addiction treatment and by itself does little to change long-term drug use.
Although detoxification alone is rarely sufficient to help addicts achieve long-term abstinence, for some individuals it is a strongly indicated precursor to effective drug addiction treatment. When addiction is more pronounced, a medical detox approach may be undertaken to better manage withdrawal symptoms and cravings.

Cupping Massage

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. Meridian Massage

To ensure healthy energy flow, the meridians or energy pathways are triggered andmassaged to remove any blockages in their pathway.

Foot Reflexology

Since the foot is said to represent the mirror image of the body’s organs, manual stimulation of certain areas is thought to circulate energy, greatly enhancing the health of the associated organs.

Cupping with moxibustion

Herbs infused sticks are applied to the affected area along with the suction cups which releases heat & hence enhances the healing process in severe painful conditions.

Acupressure

Acupressure treatment is an old Chinese method of healing that involves applying pressure to certain points in the body so as to relieve pain. The human body consists of many points that tend to carry energy throughout the body and these points start from the fingertips, connect to the brain and then connect to the organs that are associated with that specific channel and these are called as acupressure points.
Acupressure can be very effective in helping reduce sinus problems, headaches, stress, arthritis and other types of muscle aches. It is also believed that acupressure is very good in balancing the body to maintain good health. The technique of acupressure reduces tension, relaxes the body completely and also increases the blood circulation which further strengthens the resistance power to fight various diseases and promote wellness in the individual.
This treatment involves the stimulation of vital energy points along the pressure points in the body to allow maximum energy flow in the body. The acupressure treatment charts show where the meridian lines are on the body where the healing energy tends to flow in order to improve the blood circulation and make the body to function in a more proper manner.
Therefore to rectify and cure the imbalance in the body an acupressure therapist will put pressure on certain points so as to unblock or release the energy pathways. Thus every point in the body has a specific therapeutic effect on the related organ. By massaging these points the body receives this specific treatment and can heal internal organ diseases and also relieve discomfort in an individual.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is normally used through inhalation or as a topical application.
Inhalation: the oils evaporate into the air using a diffuse container, spray, or oil droplets, or breathed in, for example, in a steam bath. Apart from providing a pleasant smell, aromatherapy oils can provide respiratory disinfection, decongestant, and psychological benefits. Inhaling essential oils stimulates the olfactory system, the part of the brain connected to smell, including the nose and the brain.
Molecules that enter the nose or mouth pass to the lungs, and from there, to other parts of the body.As the molecules reach the brain, they affect limbic system, which is linked to the emotions, the heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, memory, stress, and hormone balance. In this way, essential oils can have a subtle, yet holistic effect on the body.
Topical applications: massage oils, and bath and skin care products are absorbed through the skin. Massaging the area where the oil is to be applied can boost circulation and increase absorption. Some argue that areas that are richer in sweat glands and hair follicles, such as the head or the palms of the hand, may absorb the oils more effectively.

Magnetic Therapy

Magnetic therapy is ideal for pain relief. Whether you suffer from back pain, knee pain, arthritis, tendinitis, or even migraines, magnets are a safe, easy and effective method for achieving pain relief naturally. In most cases, magnets are placed directly over the area where you’re experiencing pain.
Magnets can also be used on acupuncture points in different areas of the body. Using magnets for pain relief offers a huge advantage, because they’re safe, non-invasive, they last for a lifetime, and have no side effects.So-called therapeutic magnets are typically integrated into bracelets, rings, or shoe inserts, though therapeutic magnetic mattresses and clothing are also on the market.
Research studies and doctors agree that you can use magnetic therapy as often as you need to. When high quality magnets are properly applied, they are effective up to 90% of the time.

The five base elements are EARTH, WATER, AIR, FIRE and ETHER. According to Vedas, those are the basic elements of human body, These elements are understood as different types of energy in a human body in a state of constant interaction and flux with one another and same practice is followed in Shri Durga Health Care. Imbalance in these elements cause diseases. These imbalance can be balanced using acupuncture therapy. Understanding the five elements of Human Body (PANCHABUTA). Some of these diseases include: 1. Depression 2. Angina 3. Vertigo 4. High Blood pressure 5. Inflammation 6. Obesity 7. Bodily Pains 8. Heart burn and indigestion 9. Anxiety 10. Nausea and Vomiting 11. Arthritis etc.

Five Elements Theory

Earth: Earth is the first of the five elements. We can touch and feel the earth element. It is further divided into two parts. One that we can see is called Nitya and the other we cannot see is called Anitya. The part that we can see is like the human body that is perishable. The are that we cannot see is the imperishable part like the soul which never dies.
Water: The second Element is Jal (Water). It refers to the element which resembles the properties like that of water, and also can be seen and felt. It changes form from liquid to gaseous, evaporates and comes back to the earth in the form of rain and the smaller bodies of water combine into the bigger ocean.
Air: Vayu (Air), the third and one of the most significant of the five elements like other two elements mentioned above, even this element has a perishable part and can be best compared to air as we know it.
Fire: Agni (fire) is the fourth element among the five elements and can be the most closely related to fire as we know it being associated with heat. It is again both perishable and also has a part that cannot be perished.
Ether: Akash (Ether) is the next in the list of five elements. It is the only element in the five elements that do not have a perishable half. In the sky or the ether if compared to the most common thing we know around us. It is the carrier of sound energy and when you are into deep meditation you can hear the sounds of the akash.
